Congratulations on your approval and good luck with your service and sales! :)

Got myself a premium plan, can't wait to try it out.

Got to add that support I got was second to none, really impressive!

Great working with you guys so far!
Will update once I fire everything.

Oh and unlock code for the bonus would be awesome.

Probably a dumb question. But if I set up an autoresponder and respond to 1 email, that's 1 email credit?

Hi, I just get the free plan. Have many questions, but will ask the most important for me.
What 1 credit means? 1 mail sent or 1 prospect? You must explain this, because if 1 credit means 1 prospect I will play hard instant. I think you loose while not clearing this.
You write that any plan will get the unlock code. Can I have it?
What is the difference between SideKick and any free autoresponder like gmail? As I understand there will be sent 0 spam mails, because the prospect sent mail first.
When we can expect tutorials?

Thank you!

Hm wonder where OP went.. His last post is post#3 in this thread which is almost 1 month ago and he still have an unanswered question in his other BST, posted over 1 month ago.

But at least he seems to be lurking around here somewhere.. "Activity Yesterday 07:13 AM".

Thank you very much for the kind words, Licious. I'm happy to help in any way possible.

There are no dumb questions, and I thank you for asking. Previously, this would have been correct. We now offer two plans. One of them is Free and the other is Premium. Both plans offer unlimited mailing, and the Free plan allows for one email account to be active at any time.

The new Free plan allows for unlimited sending. I encourage you to sign up here www.MailSidekick.com/GetFree. This plan does not have mailing credits, we have done away with them for now as a surge in customers allowed us to expand hardware and provide unlimited mailing without fear of losing money.

To answer your other question, Mail Sidekick allows a user to craft intelligent responders that may send one or multiple replies over time in a human-like fashion. A standard auto/vacation responder will only allow a single, static message to be sent immediately after receiving mail. That's sub-optimal for many reasons, and the biggest is that your prospects will know immediately that the message was automated. The key to success in most campaigns is emulating real human response, without actually doing everything manually. That's what allows you to scale your campaigns up and make more money. And yes, your inbox rate should be very high because you received mail from your prospect first.

You can expect tutorials within the next 14 days as we roll out a new platform update that includes a "Getting Started" section and a guided tour through our features. While everything is explained within the application, we find ourselves answering the same questions quite often and that's a clear indicator that more information needs to be provided. We'll provide that information as soon as possible. If you get stuck, please don't hesitate to contact us via the Support tab within Mail Sidekick.

Hello Schvamp,

I'll answer this directly and honestly. Mail Sidekick received (and continues to receive) a whole lot of attention. We've been hard at work providing the best customer experience possible via our support channels as an abundance of questions come in daily. I forgot to track this topic and missed out on the messages posted. I refrained from bumping it to provide focus on support for current customers and as a result these messages passed me by which I certainly regret.

That said, I won't let that happen any more. I strive to provide unmatched support and I'll step my game up so that I don't miss a beat within this thread in addition to our support channels and private messages here.

We're adding great new features all the time and I hope to have you on board to experience this, via Free plan or Premium.

Important Notice:
As noted in replies above, Mail Sidekick now includes a totally Free plan with unlimited emailing on a single account. This plan is free forever and we'll add the ability to expand it by one or two email accounts in the very near future. Keep an eye on this thread for announcements regarding that and great feature enhancements coming to Mail Sidekick. It's a great time to start a delayed autoresponder campaign and we'd be honored to have you on board for what we firmly believe is the best product on the market.

My pleasure, I'll get that email fixed right away. We're rolling out a new newsletter platform and that must have slipped through the cracks. I'll edit for clarity. The application is located at tools.mailsidekick.com and your subscription is managed at the my account page on mailsidekick.com.

Glad you got up and running!
