- On the first page you mentioned free website migration, if I let you guys move my website to your host can you assure me that there will be no broken links or whatsoever ?

- Is there dedicated IP options available on VPS ? I don't want shared IP

- My website is currently using VPS on Zpanel , is it possible for you guys to install Zpanel on my VPS if I order ?

We don't accept credit/debit cards directly. Such orders should go via PayPal, where you are able to specify any of these cards, and you don't even need to create a PayPal account.

Bandwidth is 5 TB (instead of 1) on a 100 Mbps port for that plan. As for your second question - yes, that is possible. We can arrange the transfer for you and you will not lose any data. All scripts requirements are met by any of our hosting plans as per the screenshot. Regarding the plan, you can start with the smallest one, and upgrade as necessary.

Replied to your ticket. Your have not properly set the nameservers, which is why you can't access DirectAdmin via your domain. You have to correct that first.

Its a shame I seem to have to get you on here as the ticketing system should be for that but mine has not been updated in almost 24 hours.

I still have not had the migration I requested at 6am yesterday morning, my cPanel details dont work and I have a big banner saying my license of WHM is a trial when I paid the extra $15pm... so far this has not been a good experience

I have been told the migration can take up to 3 working days as its a free service. My ticket has been updated now

Thanks for the update. I'll make sure that the information regarding the migration is put into our terms and conditions. As a free service, we can not guarantee any ETA for site migrations, and they are being done on "best-effort" basis, however, it's never longer than 3 working days.

As for your service, I see the migration is over and the ticket updated with that information.

Same for me with my Windows Vps. Crashing every 2-3 days. Sending you a ticket as we speak. Support has always been great. I'm sure you will resolve this quickly.
