I was mainly interested to get high PR comments with low OBL towards my Money Site. But OBL are high and mostly paginated comments. So I asked for replacements. Which he agreed. And gave me the replacements. Though the replacements he gave me was an acceptable quality of links. 8+ good quality links with an addition of 12 High OBL links (200+ and 500+). I would consider the comments for Tier2 and above not definitely for money site and tier1s.

His service is great, It is just that my expectations are not inline with his services. Overall acceptable and fair service for your tier2s and above.
