My Review:
I needed a blogspot article pushed off the first page of google for 1 keyword. I was quoted that it would take around 3 months to see any movement. When we started the article was ranking as the 5th result on page 1. After paying for 3 months of service it ended up moving up to the 2nd result on google, first page. The article was updated one time in the middle of this service and it's what caused it's movement up. We are a nonprofit and currently struggling with our funding at the moment. I canceled our monthly payment and tried contacting Cecilia via email and skype to see if they would be willing to donate a few months until it's actually showing some movement in the right direction, but never received a response. I can't really fault them for not agreeing to continue for free, but still a little disappointed with the result.

The analysis Cecilia did was accurate and it is what determined her to give you the aprox. 3 months before seeing any movement. She did say seeing any movement not that all work is done. You will have to understand that this is not an exact science and we rely on estimates which are taken from our years of experience. Now sometimes it can take more or less then our estimates because this business is constantly changing and it depends very much on what level the keywords are and what the sites that we are trying to outrank did in order to rank well.

Still, this work is done manually, and at this point we simply can not afford giving out donations. Don't take this personally, it is just something we simply can not do at the moment and it is not bad intended. With that being said I hope you don't take this the wrong way, and we would love to have you as a customer once your organizations funding is in the green again

I completely understand about 3 months just being an estimate, and I realize why it moved up instead of down. I do not completely understand the "science" behind SEO as well as I should.. which is why I ended up paying for someone else to do it. After canceling the subscription and reaching out a few times without any responses it made me wonder if I was being duped. In the customer service sense I was a little disappointed. I knew if I posted on here I would surely get a response. Time is money, so I understand not being able to continue the work as a donation, and no hard feelings.

I will keep you in mind when we are discussing resolving the bad article in the future.

I apologize for the late replies, but we have mentioned before that if you don't get an answer, the best way is to just post here. In this case if one of us fails to receive the message the other one will get it 100%
