Here is my review. I ordered the bulk 2 package last week and was pretty disappointed with this service. Sure, the links are on pages that are PR2-6(even had a couple PR7's) but the comments only last on the main page for a few days before they get bumped back to comments pages 2, 3, 4 etc and there are literally dozens of past comments pages on these sites which makes the OBL much higher than is stated in this thread. Also, once the comment gets bumped back it loses most of the link juice from the main page it was originally posted to. If I knew this before buying I would not have gotten this service.

Comments looks really good, he really did what I asked him to do, gave him 25 keywords, used each one of them.

OBL part:

Not all of them are <75, but overall it's a good service I'd say.

To supply link juice to my buffers I used to use some very cheap blog posts (from blog networks), but now I'm using manual comments and they seem to be working rather well.

Pricewise the blog posts are slightly cheaper but they only stay on the homepage (PR page) for a few hours (rather than days) and then they drop off to PR N/A pages that aren't linked from the homepage... Thus they don't get link juice once they drop off.

These manual comments are thus better, as some stay on the PR page; they do not drop off...
Even those that drop off are better as they stay days on the PR page (rather than hours); before they drop off to a second/third page...
And as there is a permanent link from the PR page they still get link juice on a continues basis, although as you stated, less than originally...

Thus, to ensure a steady flow of strong links juice (as with any other type of spam) you should replace comments on a regular basis ...
