I'm sorry that you are disappointed.
You have paid using an UNVERIFIED PAYPAL ACCOUNT and the its a clear notice about this in the order time when you choose your payment option. see blow screenshot

Order activation time take about 1 hr after payment, usually much sooner

I would not recommend SSL proxies to anyone. Did an order with them paid it a few hours later i get an mail saying there dissacount is only for new users. I never bought anything from them before. I do have an old account but never used it. To the point they even send me an invoice for the money that is left to pay full price.

Well this was just a test order, i am already very happy with my Squid proxies which is btw 50% cheaper then SSL. You just lost a 200 proxie deal due to 2 dollars.

If you would read our selling thread you had been noticed that the coupon 1BHW35 has been disabled due to a lot of customers creating multiple accounts in order to use a discount coupon that its valid only for new customers, also you will notice that coupon BHW15 its VALID ONLY FOR NEW CUSTOMERS, and you have created multiple accounts in order to be able to use the discount coupon again
2. you are an old customer ( 8 months old), screenshot attached, notice the yellow highlighted area from the screenshot to see that you have created multiple accounts in order to use a discount coupon code that its valid only for new customers (even if its about a $2 discount you have broken our company terms and condition's)

3. you have opened a paypal dispute before contacting our support billing department and before asking a refund ( and here you need to know that we refunded your payment, also you need to know that if this dispute was going to be resolved via paypal there is no chance that you could win it, so next time ask for a refund at support and do not open a paypal dispute because there are chances that you would not find nice guys like us )
4. you have promoted another proxy selling company on our selling thread and this its strictly forbidden by the BHW rules

that question its being placed in the order time because we need to know what kind of proxies the buyer wants in order to deliver the proxies for your exact needs. if you need it for privacy then you should wrote that you need it for privacy, if you would need it for facebook, then you should wrote that you need for facebook and so on.

Very surprised - I've used SSLPrivateProxy for a number of years off and on, and I've never seen them this slow to allocate proxies or respond. Sorry to see one of the better providers starting to slip.
