likes delay = 30-40s
comments = 0 here, this shit never worked for me
follows = 400/day for fresh accounts. no any url on the profile for the first 4-5 days. delay 50-70s
These are the settings to be 80% you won't get banned (fast). For 100%, do 10 follows and 10 likes a day, manually and u will be safe.

There is a limit on the number of likes you can perform on Instagram. This limit is 350 likes per hour. = BULLSHIT

It is about 10/15 post an hour but if you post something short you will not ge the ban. so if i put like 'Follow me please' you cna post that until yo get the error that you posted too much wait 5 minutes then keep posting hope ti help
