Please help me i have moved vps server and now captcha sniper don't work anymore. I sent an email to support and they replied:

To complete a license transfer, please uninstall Captcha Sniper from the current location first and remove all of the files from your machine including email and recycle bin, as this will deactivate the license file. Next, reinstall and run Captcha Sniper in the new location and please send me the license request code.

How am i suppose to do that when my hosting company has already closed my old vps server so i can't access it?????

You should really post follow ups when everything has been hanlded and resolved ... and Im not sure why you would post the same thing here that you did in email .. but ... its quite simple, in this case simply install and send the license request code ...

changing the hostname of the windows machine causes "invalid license",
is it possible to remove the hostname check in your activation technologies?
Anyhow I see no need to ask for reactivation after changing from hostname "CSPC" to "SEO-PC" ;-)

The compuer name IS but ONE of the elements that the license file is based on so yes, you will need a new license.

its a false positive, I have submitted the whitelist info to AVG and am waiting. Youll simply need to add an exception to AVG in the meantime

I can assure you 100% that this is a false positive. It seems some AV will flag CS just because of the nature of what it does. You can simply add an exception for CaptchaSniper.exe or its folder

Be sure to add an exception to your Anti Virus software for CaptchaSniper.exe ... your AV is flagging it as a false positive.

Can't find CaptchaSniper.exe anymore and it removed my shortcut from desktop
What i done is go into AVAST exclusion section and added this path:
C:\Program Files (x86)\captcha sniper 2015-2\Captcha SniperX495\*
Worked for a while...

Now i just added this path
C:\Program Files (x86)\captcha sniper 2015-2\*

but still cannot find it. Is it removed ?

Now what would be the procedure ?
Download CS again and install it again ?

Also, what shall i backup as i don't want to loose the destruction kits i just created

In addition to adding the folder as an exception in Avast (the folder where CaptchaSniper.exe is), try also adding the executable ~ CaptchaSniper.exe

You wont lose the CDK info you just did, but to you might want install into a new folder.
