Guys, I apologise for the inconvenience, but these are ONLY on 1k orders or which there are hardly any.

So, comments like "I'm going to be evicted, etc." just doesn't make sense since the 1k orders doesn't even add up to around $200 in total for those outstanding.

With that being said, I am will to refund the 1k ones that have not finished in over a week and I am shutting down 1k orders until I know its been fixed.

Again, I apologise.

Please send me the Order numbers over PM so that I can either try and fix it or refund you.

Thank You! It turns out it was a problem on my side! I did not have the video public. He skyped with me and helped me solve my problem, and re-put in my order. Still #1 Youtube Provider with #1 Support. I just needed to be patient. I wish all to choose Ruoall as their provider.

Would it be possible to hurry the things up a bit? to maybe 400-500 views per day?

Views speed isn't really a problem, so if u can't deliver a bit more faste it is fine, we'll keep going the super slow way

The main issue is that retention % is really bad.. only 23%

Anything u can do about it?

Is there a way I can purchase high-retention views or high-retention embedded? I know you are not in the business to get videos deleted, but that's because people do not know how to use it. I am able to boost my video easier so that it reaches a majority audience in a short amount of time. This makes the views from the high-retention invisible compared to the real views I obtain from getting it to my own audience. If you can make a way to order these privately or something that would be great.

3 days since i left my question in this thread and no answer yet. Only 1.7k of 5.8k views were delivered in 8 days.

Retention is horrible, worse than before.

If you are doing real views which comes from real people , then in no way you can force them to watch your video for full 100% of the video time.

Retention varies as per the interest of the user and if the video isnt getting deleted ( which now is a problem for almost every you tube supplier ) , then i am sure guy is doing something different and pretty good which makes him stand out of the normal league.

Secondly , if the views rate is slower , its better as it does not give you tube a chance to have suspicion on your video and BAN IT forever.

I feel slow work but good work is the need of the hour.

Rest we all our intelligent enough to know what is good and what is bad for us

Yeah, he is #1 in my book. If I complain, its only to help the service grow with my feedback. Which is actually how things improve in the world.

What I'm saying is, your "complaining" is a good thing. Because it helps to suggest improvements. Its good you spoke about what you think should be enhanced.
