I gotta say, I'm excited to use this
It takes a little to get the hang of it, first few days I was a little lost, a week later I have everything set and just take a look now and then to see that everything keeps running smooth.

Private proxies are not a requirement, you *can* use any proxies. Personally I wouldn't recommend it. Why risk a profitable tumblr account because you didn't want to spend $1 a month on a proxy?
You cannot control who else is using (and probably abusing) the public proxies. With Tumblr being ban happy, not worth the risk. As I say, IMO. Doesn't mean there isn't ways to profit with public proxies I am not aware of.

I've used SSL Private Proxy and NewIPNow ... both have worked fine for me with RootJazz but I'm sure many other companies would work just as well. Check the proxy BHW forum for more options and reviews.
I used free scraped proxies for a week, they work, but actions fail half the time, if you check the process log you can see that. Today I sign up to SSL Private Proxy, so far everything works fast and without failed actions, the 10 proxies validates ok on TJ.

Hi All,
I just wanted to stop by and leave a brief comment regarding TumblingJazz. I've owned this bot for over a year now and I have to say I wish all bot makers were like this one. I was using TumblingJazz in combination with Scrapebox to register expired Tumblrs with existing PageRank.
Many people aren't aware that just because a Tumblr url returns a 404 error, doesn't mean it's available to register. Tumblr holds onto those URLs for a while after they expire. I was hammering scrapebox pretty hard and was hammering TumblingJazz as well, looking for Tumblrs with good metrics that I could register.
During this time I came across some limitations of TumblingJazz. I reached out to RootJazz here and he was absolutely amazing. He worked with me to improve TumblingJazz and at one point was releasing 3 new versions of TumblingJazz a DAY for me until we got it working at max capacity. His support was literally unreal. 1 hour for emails, 3 hours for new software release to test - repeat.
The software works like a horse, the support is the best I've seen here on BHW - pretty much if you're on Tumblr and you aren't using this you should quit and get a job at McDonalds, because you clearly have no idea what you're doing.

Any private proxy company is ok. HOWEVER, if you use shared private proxies, then there is a risk you are sharing with another tumblr user. Providers say they share between 3-5 users, but who knows, could be 10 or more.
For this reason, I don't like to name specific providers. If I suggest "deathstarvader proxies" to all users, than many would use it, proxies aren't cheap $1 for a shared, $2 for a private, 9/10 go for shared. The more users I send to a provider the more likely that you end up sharing a proxy with another user.
I think I have tried about 5 different proxy providers found via searching google. All have worked fine.

Send me a mail, could be any number of things wrong with the account creator and emails (blocked IP, no actual pop access for that account, web log in required etc)
Also make sure you are on the latest version
HELP > UPDATE > LATEST/TESTING
Fixed some issues earlier in the week and have yet to switch that version over to the main download (doing that now)

i need a bot that can post autoplay videos from a notepad text file that has the videos url. also, after posting i need the bot to be able to scrape the page and give me all of the tumblr url's for each video that was posted from the notepad file. is there something available to do this? or can someone make this for me? if so, let me know or send it to someone that can help! thanks!

Are the videos youtube URLs? If so, you can copy and paste the content into the bot for posting. As for scraping the posted links, you should be able to find the successful URLs in the posted links log file.
