There are lot of ways to make money via youtube view. You'll just have to find or test it by yourself. You can either monetize it by google adsense, ppd, affiliate marketing etc. Youtube views are used just for ranking your videos. The higher the rank of your videos, the more traffic you will get. You know the formula to making money in general is TARGETED TRAFFIC + PRODUCT = $$$$$$
