Same thing happened to me. Lost all rankings. I paid just 2 days back and yet to get any confirmation. Need you to fix it or refund.

Yes, there's a new Google update rolling out!
Talks of an impending update to Google's Penguin have been rampant the last couple of weeks and it looks like it is finally here. We have received a few emails/PMs on the issue already and after checking our rank trackers, it appears that a small percentage (roughly 15%) of our clients have been affected by this update. It is not yet clear what the update's intended targets are, but this information should surface in the coming days as more facts become known.
It bears mentioning that differing kinds of link types and sites have been affected. It is a good idea to keep tabs on a few threads/SEO forums where people are reporting on the update on a regular basis as it unfolds.
If your site has been affected, it is generally best to give it a little over a week's time for the SERPs to settle down and see where your rankings end up (sometimes ranking drops following an update are recovered in the following week or two). If after this time your rankings do not recover, there are two available options to get your rankings back relatively quickly:
Option 1. Move your site to a new domain and re-point the high PR links at the new domain without a 301
Moving your site to a new domain can be quickly done with the help of your host, if you are unsure how to do it yourself. It is important that the new domain is also hosted on a new IP. To re-point your high PR links at the new domain, please use the form mentioned in your monthly reports. Make sure to also put the old domain/site offline before the new domain goes live. If you use Wordpress, the easiest way to copy your whole site is to use the "WP CLONE" plugin.
Once you have moved your site and submitted the URLs/keywords change request form, we will have the changes processed within 24 hours. After that you simply sit back and wait for your new site to rank like always.
Option 2. Move to a new domain and 301 the old domain to the new one
This is a bit more risky, but if the penalty doesn't transfer to the new domain, you can basically get your rankings back within a few days. The process is the same as in option 1, but it simply includes setting up a 301 of your old domain to the new one.
We did this quite a bit in the past, when one of our own sites got hit. It doesn't work every time, but if it works, the rankings will be back within a few days.
Here's the code you have to add to your .htaccess file for the 301 redirect (for those unsure of how to do it):

It seems your campaigns are holding steady, which is good to see.Thank you for the new order. It has been scheduled. We will have the links dripping within 24-48 hours and can have them live within a few short days if you would prefer that. As for the new Google update, it seems to be affecting only a small portion of campaigns so far, most of which had other link types too.

I'd like to chip in here; I was doing work for a clients site and part of that work involved using the high pr links from this thread. Unfortunately the site owners budget changed and therefore I could no longer carry out any work for him and as a result I had to cancel my subscription with Roman.
Having said that, the site is now on page 1 and page 2 respectively for extremely competitive keywords. The irony is that the client could now afford to carry out my services but decided against it. The point I'm trying to get to though is that this site had a lot of neg seo done on it, and yet these high PR links did an amazing job. I'm just sorry that I can't do any more business with you just now.
Oh, and adverts for seolutions.biz are appearing all over my websites.

Thank you for the detailed review. Clients can be quite erratic at times. You give them great results and they still bail :/ No worries though. In our experience they come back a little while later after having witnessed that you can indeed deliver results

In a high competition jewelry market there is still more increase needed, but I'm happy with how things have been moving. The benefit of using the nicely crafted "buffer" sites adds additional protection against updates like this penguin update, that shook up the rankings but did not negatively hit the website. That was a great addition to the package that could've saved my biz.

In fact you just emailed me the report! And thanks for quick responding again. My payment went through so it is working fine now. I didn't know when to expect the first report that's why I was asking here, but now I have received my very first report I must say I am quite surprised. We are just 10 days in the game and I saw just a slight increase for the targeted keywords, but more surprisingly is the amount of keywords (long-tail) that are increasing massively! In the last few days I gained 150+ positions in the Google serps for my long-tail targeted keywords. Since we just started and most of the purchased links should still be indexed by Google I am expecting a lot. For now I am happy to see some quality results and I am looking forward to the upcoming weeks.
