The high PR links themselves are not niche-specific. However, if you opt for the buffers option, the manually-created blogs will be relevant to your niche. Buffers are also recommended if you plan to use this service on a long-term site.

But my second order above, I have yet to see any movement (there are some easy local keywords that should be showing something like my first order is) and have not received the report. Which leads me to believe this order had not been completed yet?

I ordered them both at the same time, but (Paypal apparently changed my defaults when they upgraded their system) the second order did not get billed until the Paypal second try on Oct. 6th.

So my questions are 1) did this order slip through the cracks because of the retry/rebill for the second order?

Your second campaign has not been forgotten. It was processed 5 days later as a result of the skipped payment though. You should be getting a report for it later this week. I am looking at the rank tracking link for it and it is showing significant jumps for the majority of the keywords. So no worries, the second campaign is on track as well
