guys i have one question for you all. building backlinks for the blog will it help my blog in local and international ranking?

It's the message I got, when I first tried to load your site. Get a host with more resources.

Quick tip, I don't know how many ad networks you have running on your site, but it's too many. Your Adsense account won't last long with a setup like that.

Also, try removing the banner from the header and adding a logo or title there instead. It doesn't look nice imo.

Otherwise, the site looks okay. Keep posting quality content and you'll be earning in no time.
 
Looks like a general news blog... try getting backlinks for news/general sites.
That should help you to rank for some of the articles as it contains news about your local area.

already feeling that. but i have some top blogs in the local to compete with but i am gona need all the help of my brothers and sisters here to make it out there. a blog in my local lindaikeji.blogspot.com has 1986 Global Alexa ranking with 6 million plus unique vistors monthly and so many blogs so i need to be ranking and making some cash, even duo my blog is 20 days old. it's making 0.30 Euros daily
