Facebook Fanpage Spam Bot/Help Please

Hello Friends!

I have a big trouble. Someone is sending spam bots to my fanpage.
I deleted all apps on my profile and page. But it is still continueing. How I can prevent these spam posts? He is sending inappropriate photos. And my fans disliked the page. Please help me

thank you but it is not about fans' comments. The posts are shared by page's name. I don't share them but someone is sharing with spam bot.
