Ok its been months of not getting a site of mine on the first page again! I tried everything and still 6 months later here nothing.

I have an emd and I do think I'm over optimized, but unsure how to fix it. My some of my links like this example.com/example-success or example.com/best-way-to-example Do you think I need to remove the keyword out of these urls and just put them like this example.com/success and example.com/best-way

Now I do have some doorway pages, but I feel that, if I should change these it will miss up where it is ranking for some of those terms these are such as. example.com/walmart and example.com/target so I have these stores in the url and talk about the product at their stores, but should I combine these pages and just list all of the stores I talk about on one page and put the url as such example.com/stores ....

Now for the content on the pages and post! Should I clean that up to say like the keyword no more than like 2 times in a 1,000 word post or page?

Any help would be great and I normally wouldn't ask for help guys, but this got me all confused as I guess you could say I'm still stuck in old-school seo.

This is your on page.. how over optimized is your offpage?

Off page is ok now I managed to fix that up after a ton of work! Now I just use click here and things as such.

It really bites I went from not having to work a job to having to go back to work man!

Thinking I should just trash the emd and get a brandable one to use on the site....whats your thoughts on that?

you need to add links to authority sites (like wikipedia) try to embed youtube video and use synonyms

Well got authority links for many different places...all though you could always use more. I think its because of on page issues and not so much anything to do with the link profile of the site. I'm confused on what to do about on page because there is so much content out there saying different things.

Yeah I think it would be best to just trash the emd ...lose my pr 3 but it really don't matter cause the site is only making me a few hundred bucks a month anyways and see if this helps clear it up. ...big problemo here, but I don't see another choice emds suck now days.

Don't remove the keyword from the URL as this will just become slightly more problematic than editing the original post later. Just edit your article and use variations of your keyword if possible. Also. try to keep your keyword density between 1 and 3%. Keeping the keyword under 1% is fine for keywords that are not competitive and having the keyword over 3% may look like spam not just to the web crawler, but by your audience too. Have you ever tried to read an article where the keyword appears throughout 10% of the article? It's annoying to read.

What about the store pages should I keep them separate or just make one big page?

I'm not too sure about how to answer this question as I would need to see your current layout to better answer your question. All I can tell you for right now is that if the pages are helping your website rank, there is no need to remove them unless they are unsightly and make it difficult for your audience to navigate your website.
