I need a detailed technical SEO manual

Hi everyone!

I have been working in the SEO department of this online poker company for 6 months now, and I just came to the conclusion today that not even my manager knows in deep much about the technical side of SEO.

I bought a Odesk's SEO test to the meeting room and no-one got it right...

It is just sad, that I am link-building my ass away for this F-K--S and they are not teaching me much...


Do you guys have any info to share with me?

Please do not tell me that content is king, or about linking strategies, or bollocks, I want to know the deep technical side of it.

I doubt you will find really technical details because 80% of seo is just guesses from what Google will include in its algorithm.

There are things like site structure and other things but at the end of the day there are thousands of tiny things which will affect your rankings but lots of relevant backlinks from lots of different sites with lots of different link text is 95% of SEO
 
That's comical considering poker is arguably the toughest SEO niche in the world. What room is it?
