We blank the traffic, but we don't fake the referrer so we wouldn't be able to make a custom one at this time.

Depends on what you're trying to achieve - the traffic is cold so it's not recommended if you're trying to convert it to sales immediately. If you have a good remarketing strategy (which is what I'm using it for) or a strong squeeze page then it will give better results.
