1. Do you give IPS in different Blocks? B or C?
2. If and IP address get banned, do you change it? how much do you charge for this change?
3. I can buy anytime an IP and added to the server?
4. Do you change IPs every month?
5. Do you give full configured the servers with optimal configuration settings?
6. Do you give any manual on how to propoerly used it and not get banned?
7. Do you still giving any discount cuppon for usage?

i think review and score at mail-tester.com speaks itself for the quality of my email servers, once on all public SMTP score is even below 5.

Pls find below answers

We always try to provide iPs in different c block and if we have availability we do so, but trust it is not so important factor.

2. If and IP address get banned, do you change it? how much do you charge for this change?
no, of course it can't be changed since all SMTP configuration as spf rDNS and etc have to be changed. This is not VPS but mail server

3. I can buy anytime an IP and added to the server?
no as per above answer

4. Do you change IPs every month?
no as per above

5. Do you give full configured the servers with optimal configuration settings?

Depeding, some blacklist directories is relatively easy to delist but in most of these is rather difficult.

imo if my iPs got blocked I would rather order a brand new SMTP since old one reputation would already have been hurted
