BAD REVIEW:

I paid through their billing invoice and I even have proof via screenshot and PayPal transaction ID that I did pay. Now they are telling me I sent to the wrong email address (according to the transaction, I sent it to a different email but still their company email). Thus, I have to pay again.

Requesting a refund and will be cancelling service with them. I can't believe they can't solve a simple problem like this and make this a problem of a long-term customer. Very disappointed with the level of customer support for this one especially since I've vouched for them and have been with them for almost a year.

Please let me tell you that you have right. I am very sorry for this situation. It was a problem from our system. I checked with PayPal and you sent the money on 15.09.2014.
I didn't found the transaction number that you sent me because at PayPal, they have another transaction number: XXXX2611J1739052D. You can check.
If you want, I can send you 2 screenshots and you will see that I am not a liar.
I added 3 days more. Your next due date will be on 18.10.2014.

I bought 20 Premium private Proxies from Lime and 10 Craigslist proxies from Proxy-N-VPN.
I have been using both for same ads posting on Craigslist. Where lime are give me 100% success there Proxy-N-VPN success rate is zero.
Craigslist blocked my one lime proxy but the replaced whole package 2 times but Proxy-N-VPN refused to replace in a single time.

Proxy-N-VPN proxies was completely waste for me and they don't like to earn by pay service.

They like to take your money by providing you so called private vigin craigslist proxies but most likely those are shared and you never get any success.


Never recommended for any craigslist poster. Proxy-N-VPN is a worst proxies not only proxies but also worst customer support ever.

First you bought from us 5 Craigslist Proxies and I am 100% sure that everything was perfect because after 3 days you bought again another 5 Craigslist proxies(everybody can see the screenshot that you posted). Nobody will buy again if the first time the proxies was bad. After 18 days you asked to change the proxies and I told you that we can change you the proxies only at your next billing cycle because we allocated you brand new Craigslist proxies from new servers(never used before on Craigslist). We cannot change you the proxies because if you flagged the proxies on CL, we cannot sell again these proxies for CL.
