Ordered the $15 "hot deal" logo from Zarrak, drafts came through within 48 hours. Really nice people to deal with, very quick responses, revisions were answered within 24 hours which I was very impressed by, even on Sunday! Provided all formats I need for making future edits myself if needs be. Overall VERY happy with the service and will be using again this week for another client.
If I was to pick faults: the 2 drafts received were the same apart from a change of type face and there was very little creative work done. I provided examples of what I was looking for and these were just copied, which is perfectly fine for $15 and I was happy to accept that. I just would have liked to see some variation in the drafts and a some customization to the examples I provided. Just to be clear, this wouldn't stop me from using them again.
