I have a viral nova like website and now for today i have $70 to spent for promoting my website. What do you suggest to make more visitors and making my website more popular?

I don't think with only $70 dollar you could be able to increase your traffic. It would be better to learn SEO yourself and start working with your site. Promote on relevant Facebook pages and groups.

I'm good with seo but i want to use $70 for some promotion

For 70 bucks your best bet is probably finding some kind of bot that can help you promote your content on facebook, or get some proxies, some pva accounts, and start building profiles with targeted friends. then sharing your content on those profiles.

Do some keyword research on adwords. If there's low competition, maybe spend the money on a campaign for a few days/weeks.
