We are aware of that, problem is that it's a java program that calls 3 C programs (depending your CPU/GPU) and at the moment we haven't found a way to avoid some Antivirus programs flagging it yet.
It's not a virus though, that would be really bad publicity for us

If your wallet is synced: a few seconds/1 minute max. Otherwise you have to wait until your wallet is synced since it will be in of the last blocks since I send it 20 mins ago
