Can you guys help me about this with SCRAPEBOX?

Hi everyone,

I have a lil question, for those who have used SB cuz I make a lil usage of 2 addons
("vanity name checker" and "google competition finder") without proxies once each
for a very short time like 5 mins the whole operation, maybe it would sound "stupid"
but is it possible that after running them just for few secs my domains, projects could
run any risk or being affected by this negligence use? I didn't get any google warning
or anything noticeable after those lil uses and neither few hours after the use. I'm not
going to use it ever again without proxies but I need to make my self easy cuz I'm a
bit stressed thinking that something bad could happen.

Can you guys tell me if I'm overdoing it?

There is no way your projects/domains stand a risk because neither of those addons are doing anything besides generating queries. The end sites can't tell the difference from your IP or a proxy IP and even if they could they have no way of associating your ip with your domains etc....

So you will get your IP banned from those services if you use it too much, but thats the worst that would happen.

Like loopline said, plus i think you can use your ip for about 30 mins at a time with no prob, but for heavier lifting, make sure you get private proxies...

That makes me be more relaxed I was worried about it, feeling not having chances of being penalized by G. G have SO MANY ways to do it that thinking of feeling that way will make me feel bad about it for not taking care of it the way I should.

After that use if it was too high to be penalized (hoping it's not the case from what I heard from you) should I be warned, penalized inmediately?

With the google competition finder you will just get errors back because they will ban you ip. No biggie its usually unbanned in 12-48 hours.

With the vanity name checker you would also just get errors back from a banned ip, worst case. They may or may not unban your ip at whatever point.
