At the moment it seems like the "waiting period" filter is restricted to particular niches, most notably financial, insurance and supplements niches. Other than that, we still see new sites launch up the rankings pretty quickly as always.

It is more prevalent in English niches, but some foreign niches appear to have been affected too. Like mentioned earlier, it mostly seems to apply to financial/insurance/supplements niches though.
