They are all lower volume local keywords (hence the reason it ranked there in basically 3 days), but again I used this same system to rank very high volume keywords.

Hey brother. What's happening?

To answer your question, it was the $250 package. Answered the question above. For example, I ranked "Garcinia Cambogia" on page one for about a month until it got hit with a manual review (I wouldn't suggest anyone try it since they are doing manual reviews on the month now).
