Tier 1 are XX, all PR2+/60+ DA/TF 20+. They basically double with every package. I built these packages to be really stealth and under the radar, so your site rankings should last. This is BH, but fundamentally solid.

After my last thread I seriously considered retiring from selling SEO on the forums and sticking to high end boutique custom packages. You have delivered awesome results for my site before and i believe you can do it again, before ordering i have a some quick questions:
1) Is the blog network blocking the major linkcrawlers like majestic, ahrefs etc?
2) For the 301 technique, will the juice passed be enough to rank some relative easy keywords (ranking already page 4 with no content on the page)

Yupper. New sites are not a problem. Just makes sure the site is indexed first and on page is good. Those are the keys to success. The site that I Know SEO gave me was fresh. In fact it just moved up again today. 2X #1 rankings and Yahoo to boot:

I'm getting a ton of 301 questions via PM and Skype, so to save some time, I'll lay it out here:
Registrar 301: This is where you just register the domain, and forward it at the registrar. It used to work fine but Google catches up. It still works "somewhat" but it takes upwards of 14-21 days for Google to even pick it up now. And when it does, the ranking pass thru is lessened than other options. Not recommended.
Hosted 301 via .htaccess with no indexed site: Better than the Registrar 301 but not as good as actually building out a site that gets indexed and then passing that through. You can do, but you're leaving money on the table.
Built relevant content site on an EMD or stop word EMD (stop word list here: http://www.link-assistant.com/seo-stop-words.html Optimize it for SEO, interlink some pages, make it look legit, wait till it indexes, then 301 it via .htaccess. Yes it's work, no it's not automation. But the best black looks white and the easy pickings train left the station back in 2010. Adapt or sink, your choice.
