Domain with +6.6 Million Google+'s?

I have a simple question:

Does 6.6 Million of Google+'s increase the value of a domain?
I have no clue about that, so I'd like to know your opinion about this.
And no, I'm not joking about 6.6 Million +'s.

I'm just curious if that domain is more valuable than $1000. Remember that it's only a domain and not a whole site.
I have never seen that before that a website has so many Google+'s and expires and nobody's backordering it. That's really strange.

Look for backlink profile to ascertain the value. Check with wayback machine to see what kind of website was put previously on this domain.

Its kind of impossible to get so many +'s without any website. I mean just doesn't look logical.
