CPA and YouTube

I was curious this anybody do good with CPA and YouTube. I know that some of the CPA networks do not allow traffic from YouTube to CPA offers. Any input would be great. I thank you

Having a landing site will always help improve conversion and also allow you to mask you URLS so they look like they are coming from a different site. I haven't touched my CPA site in about 8 months and it still brings me around $200 each month. If I was just using youtube videos my profits would have dried up a long time ago.
