I'm in the health and fitness niche, and I write articles and nothing more. My longest one is 1500 words. Can I write a few articles that, like 10 for example, each 1000+ words, each describing a way to get healthier and publish it and name it "10 Ways to Get Healthier" or "Get Healthier: Your Guide to Being Health Vol.1" etc.
Any tips on that? And what is the best price for such a book? Also, what should I write in the disclaimer? Thanks.

I don't. The reviews are being posted from different real PC's, in different physical locations (multiple states). Of course, they use real internet connections and that's how we get real IP's. We found out that proxies are too easily discovered by amazon and only one solution was remaining .

It depends on how good the writer is when it comes to research and, also, on the time that I have. Sometimes I do my homeworks and provide the writer with all the chapters that need to be covered in a specific book, plus some detailed instructions on what points should be included. Sometimes, I just communicate the topic to the writer and he/ she does the job.

Of course, you can . That's a great idea. However, I suggest you don't reveal your niche and the title of your book here.
I would make 10k-15k words book and sell it as the first volume. Then I would create more. The price depends very much on your competition. You should not price it above them, but don't sell cheap either.
I haven't touched the health niche, but as far as I know, if you are not a doctor, you have to mention this. also, you need to warn your customers that your book will not replace their visit to a specialist. Again, you will find a proper disclaimer in your competitors' books

Great thread and your approach is very nice, you are like "hm, they don't let me do it that way, well... I will just find 2 other ways to accomplish my goal". I am happy that there are still people like that, who succeed in this field and in other internet marketing fields also.

I have a question for you.

You said you have built network of reviewers. That sounds nice. Can you give me some more info on how do you price the reviewers services?

Also - I know you said no proxies and such. But still - do you think if you use your own network of reviewers with different PCs, no cookies deleted and such, but with single reviewers logging in via VPN service - would their reviews be useful?

I am asking because this would be a lot cheaper than finding local US guys to do the reviews.

Axeny, indeed that's a good question. I am not a specialist in this area, but, as far as I know, a VPN encrypts the data which is sent between your computer and the proxy server, so that your ISP couldn't be able to intercept your traffic. So it is gives you the protection you need against ISP surveillance but it doesn't act differently on the other end, compared to a normal proxy. So the website you are accessing via VPN could still see that you are using a proxy.
I might be talking nonsense here, but this is my knowledge in regards to VPN's.

Or are you looking within the categories that are in the kindle store which I believe are based on relevance? Thanks and are you using countdown deals now instead of the free select days?

I came to the conclusion that the best option for me is to actually create a network of real reviewers. Each of them is using a different PC, a different real IP, a different browser etc. In total, there are more than 20 factors which differentiate each reviewer from another. In this way, 100% of the reviews that are posted on my books, are still sticking.

It?s very expensive and I invested a lot of efforts into it. But, it certainly brings outstanding results: it?s safe, it?s anonymous and it is seriously increasing my sales.

How did you go about creating this network of reviewers and how many are in it?

I stumbled across black hat forums around a week ago after trying to find more information on kindle publishing, and found this place is full of awesome knowledge/methods. Anyway, I've finally started to take action on things, and decided publishing on kindle was the way to do it, but despite reading all of this thread and GobBluthJD's thread, one thing people kept close to their chests was how they found ghostwriters, understandable I guess. Admittedly I've only been advertising for around 4 days, but I'm itching to get this ball rolling, and haven't received any good legit applicants. Below is the template I'm using for all my genres (obviously I change it where needed) to try and find writers, it could turn out I just need to wait a bit longer, or make my budget larger, but any help would be greatly appreciated.



SUBJECT LINE- Short Sci-Fi Story



This job will be an 8,000-10,000 word sci-fi short story, that will be the first in an ongoing series. So future work, and potentially a long term partnership, is possible in exchange for quality work.



What we're looking for-



1. Native English speakers only.

2. Preferably someone who is passionate and knowledgeable about sci-fi.

3. Previous sci-fi writing experience (some samples will be needed).

4. Writers who can truly immerse the reader.

5. Well written and proof read- No spelling/grammatical mistakes.

6. Punctual with agreed upon deadlines (fast turnaround is preferred).

There are a few factors to look for when determining a niche's value:

Daily Spend
Competition

It's rather easy to look into as well and I have a great write up on the process (free) at http://www.zonsidekick.com but essentially you want to do this:

1) Start with a list of keywords that users are searching for (based on Amazon's suggestion algorithms)
2) Check each keyword for products with respectable best seller ranks in the relevant listings (20k and beyond)
3) Determine whether or not the niche is "cornered" (are all sales going to a single product, and can you really compete?)

Hopefully that helps clear it up a bit.

This is a pretty decent template, to answer your questions I'll need to know:

1) Which marketplace you're posting (Elance?)
2) What budget are you targeting right now?
3) Do you prefer to interview candidates via voice call?

I outsource a lot of work on Elance and use a number of different templates. Your interviewing process helps shape the template and your target budget will help me provide you with better advice. Perhaps I should post a thread on this topic, do you feel like that's a topic that many BHW users would find interesting?

My way of getting review: Post on micro jobs site

Limit yourself only on one site, the workers usually have multiple accounts on several mj sites.

Pick US only, minimum $2.5. Mine usually $4. Jobs for the US workers are many and the wages are high.
I usually hire for 3/4 reviews
