We apologize for this.
I do not know why but after the payment, the due date of the proxies package has not been changed automatically by our billing system. I have manually un-suspended your proxies and i have place the due date after 31 days. This its the first time when this happened and we are investigating what could caused this error.

I just wanted to share my experience here so that others don't make the same mistake that I did.
I reached out to SSL Private Proxy with a specific request - geo-targeted proxies for Craigslist.
I thought this would be very straightforward, since they list this service in their sales thread a couple of times.
They responded to me within a day, and indicated that they had what I needed, and that I would need to create an account so they could invoice me.
I did so, and paid it promptly, but I made mention of the fact that they advertised 15% off for BHW members and I didn't have a chance to take this discount.
They replied that Craigslist proxies were not subject to any discounts, which I thought was odd since this doesn't seem to be the case in the sales copy.
Then, I got an odd message from them, saying "Also please note that CL proxies are not subject of refund, cause a used CL proxy will remain a used one."
I started to get suspicious, and replied that if the proxies were working, it wouldn't matter, but if I didn't get working proxies I would expect to be provided with new ones that worked, or a refund.
I don't think that was out of line - by working I just want them them to be geo-located correctly, and allow me to log in to Craigslist with a new PVA and post an ad or two every day.
Thirty minutes later, my payment was refunded with the following statement "We can not afford to get the proxies banned on CL and in 3 days to ask for a refund, we are very sorry."
So, why even offer to provide something that you aren't prepared to provide? I was very clear and upfront with my needs, and it turns out dealing with Christian and SSL Private Proxy has been a waste of time.
This isn't a comment on the services provided, since I never actually got to use them.
This is a comment regarding false advertising - discounts that can't be used for some services, and services that are advertised but not provided.

I do not understand your behavior but this its life, nothing to comment about it.
1st, your payment was refunded immediately because you didn't agree with our refund policy: http://www.sslprivateproxy.com/policies/refund-policy/ you will notice that very clear its saying that "craigslist proxies are not subject of refund", cause we know what services we are offering and 100% working CL proxies was going to be allocated, if you do not know how to use them its not our problem, i have also wrote some tutorials here in BHW in what things you have to do in order to place a live ad on CL, so i really know what I'm talking about.
Regarding your accusation of false advertising we have a lot of CL users and more and more are coming everyday.
Regarding the discount coupon you didnt told us that you are a BHW member from the beginning, you have told us that after you have made the payment and after we have created the order, also CL proxies are not subject of discount
Also another false accusation that you got a reply after 1 day, I will attach here our conversation so everybody can see that you got a reply in 30 min after placing the question.
We prepared to provide our services without any problems, witness are our hundred of CL customers.

You made assumptions about my knowledge of how to use the product, and based your decision to refund me on those improper assumptions.

I'm done wasting time on this; I feel I've given an honest assessment of the way I was treated and wanted to share my experiences so that others might not have to go through the same ordeal.
