I like your offer, but I have a few questions. I have a site witch started on Dec 2013, I'd like to boost its rankings with backlinks. As I saw on a few forums, it wouldn't be recommended to order and Xrumer blast to the site itself as it can hurt the rankings. My site already has a little more than 100,000 backlinks, do you recommend to order the Xrumer blast on these instead? Oh and do your backlinks contain gov and edu links? Thank you in advance!

It depends on your linking strategy, but I would recommend to use them as tier2 backlinks.
