[ Help ] Bypass Security Measures in Paypal Account

Hello Everyone .. I am new to BHW.. .

I have a paypal account of my Late Grand Father who was living in US .. His account has 200$ which is equal to almost 19000 Pakistani Rupee .. I logged in with his account in Pakistan using US proxy (Zenmate Extension for chrome) but When I try to send money into my account it got limited and now asking for security measures .. how do I bypass this security measures .. and transfer the amount into my account safely.. Do it this possible ??? All the old method of clicking " Help " tab are now not working ... Any new method of 2014 ???

Also guide me about how can I use Paypal Us based account in pakistan using US Ip .. ???

Hello first if the account is limited then u need to remove that limit by submitting the documents. if u dont have then u need to buy fake documents to get it done


from here u can buy documents that will cost less i dont know but around 30 usd then also u can get 170 usd back.
