What's the max sending limit per iP? Let's say I buy the package with 4 ip's then how many emails can I send in one hour and one day without getting any of those Ip's blacklisted.

Can we load unlimited lists and verify the lists and sort out bad emails before sending?

What happens when an iP gets backlisted? what's the solution?

Usually when sending from outlook to any ISP we do inbox from mail one. The best would be to start slowly (depending on which plan you have) and then start increasing the emails amount per day.

The problem is not so much the overload of the VPS rather than the danger to blacklist the SMTP.
- which version of interspire are you installing
We use 6.1.4 version
- do i get root access to the VPS
Yes. You get FULL root access to the VPS BUT if you do break smtp configuration we have absolutely no responsibility to fix it for free.

I talked to him on skype and wanted to ask quite a bit of questions before spending so much

For example: he charges more than most smtp server providers, especially for addons that others offer free:
ip replacements - most smtp servers will replace ip's at no charge, he makes you reorder + setup fee
dns setup - this is included with every host ive ever been with
24 hours setup - most bulk mail providers do it in 2-3 hours, 24 hours MAX for free!
unlimited email addresses - thats a no brainer, it doesn't cost anybody anything extra

He pressured me into buying the service because he has spent "hours" chatting, when most interactions took 20 minutes max - and we had 2 interactions. Still thinking about ordering to test vs other providers. I'm getting 10/10 on mail-tester as well with the 4 other providers I have tried and that are cheaper, its not some monumental achievement. In reality you will eventually need to setup relays with the major providers to keep your emails from hitting spam (unless you have an ultra clean list - which this service isn't for that).

Overall these are some suggestions for making your business more profitable, not a hijack or anything like that. If your tech savvy, just go get your own vps with some IP's and you can read up on how to set this up yourself

Many thanks for your input, but lets clarify some things here pls.

First of all do not compare this service with public smtp. We talk here about personal smtp with personal dedicated ips.
Most bulk email providers, which as i stated are PUBLIC and not personal has the SMTP which you SHARE ready and just create your account, this is why it is fast as per your words, and this is why also they do not charge for ip replacement (i do not know this, you say so),since if smtp got blacklisted by another user it is not your fault.

Regarding unlimited email addresses the whole process need some time since as you do not know i suppose, I keep all emials in mysql database rather than in fily system in order to be able to process much more emails.

Finally regarding my "pressure" to you to buy. You did email me, PM me and add me at skype to "ask" prior ordering the biggest plan as per your words. We did chat for hours suggesting to you and advising you how to achieve your goal with emial marketing. I never push my clients to buy and all knows it. If you do not want to buy you will just dont buy. Do you know anyone else to offer skype support pls?
And after all this time you did finally choose another providers BUT keep coming back to ME to advice you. If this is no brainer then what is it? As I told you very kindly since you bought service from someone else then go to him to ask and get your suggestions, since they are also cheaper and better then me I cant find a reason to keep asking for my help.

Regaridng to setup your own SMTP if you are tech savvy everyone is welcome to do so but i am not sure how many DC will provide rDNS and how many will allow you your VPS to wokr more than 1-2 days before they block it
