Your report is scheduled to be sent out this week, in accordance with the official turnaround time of 7 to 10 business days. Wow. Did you even bother to check the pages for your submitted anchors? Obviously not, because I just checked your reports and had no trouble finding the links. We are contemplating reporting your post for the blatant misinformation. Moreover, had you read the thread, you would have seen that we do not provide full reports for this service. You can however easily verify most of the links yourself using Ahrefs or similar tools. In any case, we have decided to cancel and refund your orders since you have made it abundantly clear your intention is to disseminate false information, as opposed to productively make use of this fantastic service like so many of our clients.

Hey guys, I shouldn't have be chasing you guys up every month for reports, fixing errors etc. Don't think having 4 packages with you should be that confusing as you guys probably deal with hundreds.
I have been re-invoiced for a new month and noticed that the 2 X High PR reports are 20 days overdue and counting, plus 2 X Simple Solutions reports were not delivered as promised before re-invoicing for new month. So I can't even see what was delivered
Do I have to chase you up and check if orders were delivered correctly every month? Last month I had to get you to fix errors in your delivery, this month no reports??
These are the new orders generated for this month. Can you please reply to my registered email in your system asap

All of your subscriptions have had their reports sent to you in accordance with the official turnaround time. The problem seems to be with Hotmail, as it is rejecting a lot of our emails which have report attachments without even notifying the end user. Please provide us with a non-Hotmail email address to send your reports to or make sure our email addresses ([email protected] & [email protected]) are whitelisted within your Hotmail account.
