My Review:
I purchased a micro niche keyword a bit ago and looked it over real fast. Looked at the competition and it looked like a great keyword. I grabbed the domain and started to get some articles built. I didn't even add an article to the site yet but I installed wordpress as I assumed I would have my articles for the site very soon. Well to my surprise for some reason the site instantly ranked 3 on yahoo. Yahoo may not get that many searches a month but that is ok generally as traffic is traffic.
After all was said and done though (by my mistake) I thought more about the keyword and had a bad feeling about it so I looked it up. The keyword is indeed pretty seasonal and has a high peak of traffic about 2 months out of the year but 2-3 months out of the year seems to only get about 240 searches a month. The keyword is fine but is indeed seasonal but is my fault for not looking it over completely. Still a good keyword for the price I paid for it
