Question about Clickbank + Youtube method.

If you are buying views, there are many tid bits involved in that too which you have to take care of , buying safe views is very important, and there is no easy way to find that out, unless and untill you get your hands dirty, and you are ready to loose few vids in the process.

Primary reason is if you are competing in a highly competitive niche where there are many other affiliates promoting CB products using YT, then there are more likely chance of you getting flagged by your competitors.

Normally you get notified by YT if they ever take down your video, Make sure to check your email associated with the Video which got removed.

I personally find it un-ethical to Flag someones effort unless you are sure that they are spam.

checked my email - youtube didn't sent me nothing... well....

so yt deleted your video? so what? stop crying. Reupload, rank & bank.. If you want to make passive income online with yt it's just one thing which you have to deal with all the time. while doing this try to learn other methods.. like blogging, drop shipping, email marketing, paid traffic etc. and you'll have that passive income, just don't give a fuck about something that you can't control, and get down to business

Not crying, asking for advice's :)

drop shipping cant be done passively.

also blogging because you must update it frequently,

email marketing - already doin' this but you need traffic for making the list bigger - so the traffic now is from youtube.

paid traffic - tried that before - didn't found something that making you profit - the convert rate with paid traffic is pretty bad.... (at least was bad for me)

Strange, well tbh it did happen to me aswell once , when i did not get any email when one of my video got removed.
Many videos got removed recently due to spammy or unnatural backlinks built and because of low quality video.

yea I see that youtube doesn't make us easy life lately..... but it's still the easiest method I know for selling clickbank products,

Anyone else know more easy (pretty easy) ways?

Both - but easy - minor risks - and passive :)

I can drop some names here which could lead you to the correct path but as far as passive
income is concerned, the truth is that you'll need constant maintenance to generate and keep a passive income flowing. It's ironic but true.

Well as long it takes no more then 4 hours a day it's fine by me ;)

Most/all effective methods will require a significant amount of time initially; however, once they pick up and the sales keep coming in, you'll need to dedicate less and less time in their maintenance especially if you can outsource some of the work.

If there was a really easy and quick method to generating lots of cash online, everybody would be a millionaire in IM ;)

That used to be true when setting up the campaign and generating leverage were the most crucial variables involved in online marketing. We have found out that in today's market, in order to gain that euphoric state where you have maximum leverage and less time required to work on your advertising (due to outsourcing for example) there is still much time required to invest in "maintaining" that exact state for a longer periods of time.

The sad reality is... youtube + clickbank is 1000xs harder than it use to be last year around this time. And marketers really don't like admitting to this fact. Last year I was uploading videos, blasting them with hundreds of thousands of RV's, ranking in super competitive niches... it didn't matter which RV supplier I used... and I thank god today that I took action when things were still easy.

Because if I had to start today, the way things are right now now... I wouldn't start at all. Not unless I had a large disposable income and a lot of time to spend testing and applying different strategies.

These days I spend just as much time testing RV suppliers, as I use to spend executing an entire CB campaign from soup to nuts. Think about that. So when I find a good supplier, do you think I share them with anyone? No. And I never depend on just 1 source. Like right now I have 2 working sources (I don't care how desperate anyone is, do not pm me) but I'm always testing new sources cause I know how volatile youtube has become.

And tbpo, even though I have a good deal of experience with YT + CB, even though I've made good money and can scale things up... a large part of me doesn't want to.

From what I've seen and experienced this last year, ranking YT videos is becoming as difficult... if not more difficult than just ranking your own .coms.

I don't want to demotivate newbies, but you have to know what you are up against. I get pms from newbs who say stuff like "I have $80 to invest, and want to spend an hour or 2 / day uploading videos and my goal is to reach $100 / day". And I just think "are these people crazy?" If I can't even make money under those circumstances what makes them think they can?

So the best advice I can give. You should have a minimum of $500-$1000 of disposable income just to burn on testing and finding out what works. That might not even be enough. And you better be prepared to work your rear off. Not 1-2 hours a day but 10-14 hours a day, 6 days a week, for months on end before you should even expect to make a penny. That may sound extreme, but its much better going in with a mindset like that than the mindset 90% of newbies have.

Good luck.

Yeh I've also struggled to make paid traffic work on a budget.
You really need a big budget to absorb the small returns you achieve

Mike.

That would be true if you are working mostly solo and you're in charge of the bulk of the work.

However, we have found that by having a trustworthy team of people with different areas of expertise (e.g. niche-specific, advertising, PR, affiliate support, etc...) and by continuously be on the lookout for new partnerships, we need to dedicate much less time on maintenance as an expanding business in the affiliate world will pretty much fuel itself, as the more revenue it makes, the more interest it attracts.

Many IMers are hesitant at getting into JVs, but trust me, partnering with others will allow you to scale up to magnitudes that are just not possible when you are working alone.

I was referring to completely different variables (other than outsourced workload and JV partnerships) which affect the time required to invest into maximizing one's leverage.

Mike,

Mike,

With the right partnerships, a skilled diverse team, and a quality product, the time required to maintain and even maximize one's leverage in a sector will be minimal -- once the business has gained traction of course.

You are obviously missing my point or lack the experience to comprehend
it. Either way, it's good to hear you have more free time on your hands.

Why so negative and insulting?

I thought we were on this board to try to help when we can, not throw hissy fits when people disagree with us.

Either way, it's good to hear you have more free time on your hands.

Any business person worth his salt is always striving to maximize income per work done/time spent doing it...so yes, having "more free time on your hands" is a positive.

I tend to use that free time to look for new ventures, and provide help to others while I can.

On the other hand, it seems that you tend to favor spending your free time calling others inexperienced and unable to comprehend.

I'm sure every one reading your reply has now been enriched with that invaluable contribution.

Mancar

You did not disagree. You have completely missed the core point of my post over and over again only to repeat the same mantra that outsourced workload equaled more free time.

Yes. I'm here to contribute to the community but if someone doesn't comprehend what my post strives to say, I expect him/her to politely ask me for clarification (as I did many times) instead of blindly sharing their opinion as a response.

No insult was intended.

I completely agree with most of your claims, BreaknBrix. Our advice to our starting partners in regard to YT marketing is basically the same: you must have a hefty sum of money + hours to invest (and afford to lose), a fair tracking software to test several campaigns simultaneously, an SEO advisor/promoter on your side, a quality video making software or outsourced service (including valuable sticky content and engaging information), in order to build a nice leveraged YT income channel that will prove to be stable and worthy of your initial efforts.
