Here is my review for the 100 visitors package.
It took less than 24 hours to start the order and the traffic were delivered within 2 hours. As mentioned in the op this is cold traffic and is not intended to convert but you can use this traffic in other ways

Honest review: Recently I ask for demo review 100 visitors to one of my new websites with ZERO traffic. From what I can see on Analytics 55 visitors hit my website but as OP say because of cookies conflict it may not show all visitors. And yes I can confirm that the traffic is cold like ice nothing more, nothing less. Could be used for new domains that you are planning to sell soon

The traffic is very COLD. We do not advertising it as converting traffic. It may or may not convert depending on the offer, site and visitors, but it's more likely to not convert than it is to convert, because of how cold it is.
