how to fake social security number for paypal verification?

paypal has limited my withdrawing limit to 500$ per month and now required to provide them my social sequirity number!

but i do not live in USA, i have a payoneer account and they have opened a virtual US bank account for me. i have used this account to verify my paypal with a fake us street address.

can anyone help me how to fake social security number?

Call them and see if they will allow you to prove them you are you by showing them something else.

using the dob you provided you can come up with the first 3 numbers, paypal can only verify ss# to the point of "ss has been issued" or "ss has not been issued" they do not have the capacity to tie a number to a person by 'authority' means. google ss prefixes, use oldest prefix possible as the capacity for "issued" and "non-issued" started about 7 years ago for most institutions, and goes back to i dont know how long.

are you sure about that? they ran a credit report on me before when i was limited.

edit: no, you are right. if they run a credit report they will associate the number with an individual. i did not include that because i have only run into them running a credit report when applying for one of there cards. they have never run a credit report on my other accounts.

if there is a common name i.e. "martinez" or "anderson" or anything with "JR" the credit report will show identities of multiple people.

do not fake a number if they are going to run credit. they now prosecute undocumeted workers with identity theft for using ss for farming jobs under the table, even though the person never messed with any money or credit.

i have never had them run it on me except on the one where i applied for a card.

that means there are no working method to fake ssn? But this is the BHW.......i confident to this forum that this will show me a way.....

i am not a us citizen or a reputed member on this forum like you to make a big comment on your post but would you explain a little bit more to clarify how it is Federal crime!

i want to add some more that paypal is limiting hundreds of account with or without reason with thousands of dollar and thus they are making money every year.
there are a thread on this forum calculating exactly how much paypal is making every year by just limiting people's account.

can you tell us what kind of Federal crime it is?
