Right now we don't accept anything else besides PayPal, sorry.
Samples on the way. As of now, 90%+ of our clients use it directly to their website (even completely new sites). We would suggest to start with one of our Mixed PR packages for new websites.

You may very well be our customer, but you have not provided any information to go with your claim. Feel free to PM us if you want us to have a look at your site, because it is very doubtful the penalty is due to this service.
