Just received the order and report from Mark on time. Few notes about this service:
1) Not only is his customer service impeccable but surpasses all SEO services I have ever tried !!
2) Very detailed report with alot of diversity
3) took the time to answer my questions and excellent followup from mark.
4) He remembers who you are ! ( I cant stress how this is such an admirable feature for such a big service)
5) zero serp rise in any of the keywords but i think its too early to tell.
My Score for this service 10/10 !!!

Just received my first months campaign report. Please see below for my comments.
Customer Service:
Mark was on Skype pretty much night and day providing support whenever it was needed. Everything ran very smoothly and I was able to have quick questions answered quickly.
Reporting:
The report was very comprehensive and included a detailed spreadsheet of all the links that were built for my website as well as proof and screenshots of all the activities and social media shares. The usernames and passwords of my privately built blog network were also sent over and I had complete access to them.
Rank Increase:
I have attached a graph below to show my increase in rankings. Within roughly 3 weeks my main keywords which were stuck on page 3 and lower prior starting began to quickly rise in rankings and as of today we are on page 1, spot #1 for our main money keyword.
Summary
I would say that overall my experience of my first months SEO campaign was nothing short of spectacular and I am quite happy with the results and service. I look forward to starting month 2 and will be reporting back again shortly. Great work you guys!

Just an update...
I already saw a SERP movement to #3 on my two main keywords. After analyzing the comp it will be a matter of weeks before they are overtaken as well. Honestly, the service is great but the customer service is amazing! Mark's availability and helpfulness is second to none. I always prided myself on being a great link builder and this guy teaches me something every time we speak. That alone is worth the money to me...plus my site has moved up to #3...did I mention that?

2 Keywords, Very High Competition in local market (Green dotted line indicates start of campaign).
Mark's communication is great - but so far, the SERP results arent very convincing. Looking forward to month 2 to see if results get better. If they dont - I'll probably be cancelling.

Have you any special offer as an introduction?
Also you say that you look at the seo on the site and implement the seo on site,am I reading it correctly that you actually DO ( research and change the keywords etc on the website after I allow you access to the site!
I just wanted to clarify this as this would be a big advantage to me if you actually did it on the site for me!
Also how old are the sites that will be linking in and can you drip feed the basic package over a month as it would see m more realistic.
Also if I was to do one basic package and leave it at that how long will the links and results last or should I expect the increase in SERPS to last?
