CPA that allows offline marketing?

Hello! I know that Peerfly doesn't allow offline marketing(I asked.) Does anyone know of a a CPA network that would allow handing out/posting flyers on a college campus?

They don't have to know. Just make a landing page to warm them up and then send them to the offer from there.

I know 007cpa does. I tried them for a bit but they had too high of a payout so I never did much with them besides testing conversation rates.

quick question regarding peerfly or cpa networks in general... lets say its only allowed to promote the offer with PPC and PPV but not on Facebook and im posting my landing page with the aff link on it (blankreferred though) on several fanpages in order to get traffic can they see where the traffic is coming from?

I got accepted to adworkmedia - just trying to figure out how to make facebook posts with a subdomain that redirects to my aff link since FB has rejected my posts. Someone said that cloaking is a workaround.

I can tell you that its allowed at CPAlead for many offers. The conversion still takes place online but, all else equal, promotions can be done offline.

Please feel free to write me directly if there is anything I can help you with. I can think of a few great promotions that might work well right off the top of my mind.

you'd better talk to affiliate managers one by one because not many ppl promote cpa offers offline so you won't get enough info here.

I think Maxbounty allow offline traffic your best bet would be to talk to the owner of bounty or your AM...

Almost all CPA networks allow offline marketing. Feel free to PM me. But you can try neverblue, monetise.co.uk for sure
