I dunno, unless you have a big rep or live in NYC you're gonna have a tough time finding 10 clients willing to pay $1k+ a month. A lot of USA cities seem to be going for $400-$700 a month on average based on everything I have seen. And if you're new you won't get those bigger fish. But even at $500 a month, all you'd need to get $26k a year before taxes yet after expenses would be 8-10 clients.

So if you ask me how much can be made online a year I'd answer the following :

** for a beginner with a couple Seo clients and 5-10 affiliate sites after expenses = $26,000 ($2000 a month Seo Clients / $1000 a month from affiliate ..... less taxes/expenses)
** someone who has been at it for 2-3 years and has 30 affiliate sites = $50,000
** someone 2-3 years + ... has good client base and has 30+ affiliate sites = $60,000 +

this is based on someone living in the USA and having USA based clients.

(and if you ask how to get Seo Clients - you start out in Craigslist and work your way up - you hit up your local Businesses - you pass out Flyers - and you tell everyone you know that your in the Seo Business)

$200/mo from Amazon Affiliates is really small amount. People make as much as $20k a month from SEO traffic and Amazon.

I would guess that you need around 400K clicks for that or 2-10 millions of page views per month for such an income.

One site I know gets around 120k UVs per month (300k page views) and the owner is making $6000-7000 a month from that traffic. I know it sounds almost too good to be true when we're talking about Amazon but trust me, with the right type of traffic and right type of site/content, you can get pretty good $/visitor average even with Amazon.

Hint: Get the users to click on your Affiliate link. Embed the link in a picture if needed. Even if they don't buy the item the came to Amazon for, you still got the cookie stored in their browser so you'll get commission for whatever they buy within 24 hours (provided they don't get another cookie or clear their cookies).

I get 0.05$ per click with "product name" traffic. So the average cannot be more than 0.10. My CTR is around 30%.

SEO is a cheaper, easier and a more targeted way to get traffic. What you need to figure out is what you can do with that traffic to make money.

What I personally do is create a sales funnel.

E.g

I get traffic to my site from Google.

I convert that traffic into leads by getting them to sign up to my mailing list.

I send them 3 to 4 automated followup emails packed full of value to build trust.

On the 5, 6 and 7 followup emails, I promote my product telling them that there's only a few days left to get my product on a discounted rate.

This can be literally done in any niche, you just need to go out and do some basic research.

No, SEO is not dead, but if it's fooling people into think it is... well, that's less competition for me

When I used to make 4figures a WEEK, with my methods, I allways helped people, and gave as much as I could. I don't see the same with other guys here, that's why I'm frustrated, if you are too bitch to help, then just keep your mouth shut, and don't make it worse, simple as that

By the way did you even read the thread and completely? There are more than one extremely helpful replies by people who (unlike you) actually know what they're talking about.
