Hey been looking for something like this for awhile which doesnt required my system to be on and running to automate so this looks like a great tool im sure i will be upgrading to premium once i understand a few things better

i've been having issues with gmail connectivity the email account has 2 green thumbs for connectivity which turn red the moment an email is sent to that email account, also starttps isnt compatible with server ?

Hello Carepolice, I've tested your autoresponder today, it seems great but not a single mail was send over the full day (free version of course), so I cannot make real test. I always have the error: "Some of your items in queue may not be sent due to issues with the following email accounts: [email protected] Please confirm account connectivity." I've tried with many email provider and I have also tried with proxies. Is it normal for the free version? Thanks, O.

That's certainly not normal for the free version. Please submit a ticket via the support button without our application so our team can look into your account settings. It's important to ensure that the proxy you're using supports traffic on port 25 (email connectivity) or it won't work at all. We'll be releasing a list of recommended providers soon and a tutorial on how to create your own working email proxy so you'll see that in the dashboard when it's ready. I'm sorry to hear that you've got some account trouble but the most common cause is the proxy and I'd highly recommend the use of our support button so we can help you further.

Carepolice does this setup allow us to say send stand alone emails beyond the campaign emails like we would with say any other autoresponder?
I get the delayed response setup but just wondering if this toolset also works like any other aweber/getresponse etc responders.

At this time we do not allow users to send direct mail to email addresses that have been acquired via their autoresponder campaigns. This is a feature that may be introduced in the future. It would be reserved for Premium subscribers only and if you'd like that or any other feature please feel free to suggest it in this thread and we'll see what we can do.

We implement at least one customer suggestions every single month so these ideas often become features.

I am sure the answer is right in my face, but it won't allow me to connect to the email address? I click one of the 2 red thumbs, one will turn green other stays red with a ? next to it. I try sending test email and it says "Template test failed: Unable to send from source email, please confirm connectivity from your email accounts list." but email and password is entered correct?
