Yes, it's totally money site safe. There are a few things you should know:
- Site speed has an impact on crawl rate. Make sure you're site is zippy and you have a plugin like supercache if you're using wordpress.
- Site strength has an impact on number of pages indexed. We have an old site that we fed throughthe system and it has over 11,000 pages indexed now. For a shiny, brand new site you may get pages removed as new pages get added.

But there is zero risk of penalty, so add without fear!

Tried LinkPipeline and was not happy. So we tried One Hour Indexing and the service helps. I am sort of cheap and tried pinging services, but they did not work for me. People experiencing issues with this service have quality issues with their backlinks period.
