Can someone please tell me how in the world WhatsApp is worth a 19 billion dollar sale? I've never once used it and I've only heard of it a handful of times. Maybe I'm wrong, but I'm literally blown away at it being sold for 19 billion...

WhatsApp growth rate is just amazing. Also, they were way too far ahead [internationally speaking] for Facebook to catch up. In my opioion, this move could go horribly wrong very easily - the same was said about Instagram tho.
