Hi. Whenever I try to send you the payment, the following error shows up:

"This transaction cannot be completed..."

I know the problem is not with my PayPal account or the attached card, as I use this account regularly.
 
Also, I know for certain now that the problem is not with my account, as I tried sending payments to another account and it went smooth.
 
REVIEWGot my report within 24 hours, contains some good high PR links with fairly low OBLs. Comments are handwritten and the anchors are as requested. Great communication with seller too. For the price of $7, I'd definitely recommend it. Will buy again in the future!
