If you have ever had your Paypal Account Banned please list the reason here. Maybe some of the Paypal users can avoid the some of the same mistakes.

2nd one banned coz i was still learning the ropes

Some pretty crazy shit. I think I've had four accounts banned.

There could be different reasons from if you are accessing paypal from the locations whrere paypla does not provide serivice in some countries they detect ip address and suspend your account and ask for more documents to verify the your locationa and identity.

Do not ever use the proxy otherwise your account will get limited very soon. Instead buy private proxy.
