I am just getting into the online hustle and I cannot say how much potential is there. I am now looking at domain names as the valuable real estate. What are some features you would look at when investing in a website to later resell. Anything from PR, SEO, the domain name itself. What would be a good price for an average site?

I do not mean to be mean, but there's no such figure. One site is so different from another. The value of BHW versus one of my micro niche sites for example... you can't come up with an "average".

You have a legit point. Maybe if i explained what I meant by average site. A year old site with plenty of information but was never optimized. comes with a pretty good social crowd, both FB and Twitter.

Still, it's really variable. Totally depends on niche, traffic, revenue. I could have a year old site with 0 visitors and is worthless, but a day old site that just went viral with my content locker and is much more valuable.
