If you want your site to become PR4 after the next PR update, we would advise getting at least the 400 Mixed High PR Links package. Please note though, that this service is primarily intended for ranking your site, not necessarily for increasing its PR.

Quick Ranking Update: I previously mentioned that our site had DOUBLED in ranking. This has stayed true and we continue to rise though the ranking for both of our keywords. This has been such a great service. The report was in depth and I look forward to seeing how high I can climb as Google indexes the rest of our links. I am already so satisfied with this service. I ordered this service around a week ago, and i can't begin to tell you how glad I'm with the results.
First, i ordered this on a tight deadline, and had less than a week left to report to the client, so the guys at SEOlutions were kind enough to start drip feeding the links immediately after i ordered.
I got the report a few days ago, and the results were outstanding, the order was split over two websites, and almost all of the keywords i submitted for one of the two saw strong positive movements.
All in all I'm very happy with the service and I'm already preparing a couple more orders.
